We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced
IQ Retail Cashier to join a busy retail store in Sasolburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the till and processing customer transactions accurately
- Using the IQ Retail system daily (sales, returns, discounts, cash-ups)
- Handling cash, card and EFT payments
- Balancing the till and assisting with daily cash-up procedures
- Assisting customers with queries in a professional manner
- Ensuring correct pricing and scanning of items
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the cashier point
- Supporting the store team when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (advantageous)
- Minimum 1-2 years cashier experience in a retail environment
- Must have IQ Retail experience (non-negotiable)
- Good communication skills (English – additional languages an advantage)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Trustworthy, well-presented and customer-focused
- Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
