Introduction

This learnership is ideal for a candidate with a disability who is eager to gain structured theoretical training along with practical experience, while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions and assessments
- Develop a business idea and business plan
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
- Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles
- Complete all required portfolio of evidence and assessments
Desired Experience & Qualification
- South African citizen
- Minimum Grade 10 / Grade 12 (preferred)
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Interest in entrepreneurship and business development
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills
