Details of the Vacancy

Utilizing mathematical knowledge and tools like Vernier calipers, determine dimensions and tolerances.

Use machine tools like milling machines, shapers, and grinders to machine parts to specifications.

Using precision instruments, measure, inspect, and test finished units to find flaws and confirm compliance with specifications.

To carry out precision machining operations, set up, modify, and use all standard machine tools as well as numerous specialized or sophisticated variation tools.

Align and fasten materials, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and holding fixtures to machines.

Throughout the machining process, keep an eye on the machines’ feed and speed.

Examine engineering data, blueprints, drawings, and sample parts to ascertain the dimensions and tolerances of the products as well as the procedures and steps required to fabricate them. When preparing for machinery work, choose the right tools, equipment, and supplies.

To indicate where cuts should be made, lay out, measure, and mark metal stock.
