Job Synopsis:
We are looking for a driven person to become a Level 1 Apprentice on our team. Training and practical experience in a particular trade or industry will be provided in this entry-level role. The chosen applicant will gain expertise in their chosen field by working under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Accountability:
Help senior employees with everyday duties and projects.
Observe directions and pick up new methods and strategies.
Participate in classes and training sessions to improve your skills.
Keep your workspace tidy and well-organized.
Perform routine upkeep and repairs as needed.
Perform additional tasks as delegated.
Conditions:
A high school degree or its equivalent
A desire to acquire new knowledge and abilities
A strong work ethic and a readiness to accept challenges
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
The capacity to function effectively in a group setting
It must be reliable and on time.
Preferred Requirements:
Prior training or education in the intended field
A basic understanding of the tools and equipment used in the industry
