Job Description
Throughout our dealer network, Motus Retail has a number of open apprentice positions. For candidates who are passionate about passenger or commercial vehicles and who are eager to train and become certified as gasoline or diesel motor mechanics, these are fantastic opportunities.
All components of the apprenticeship program must be completed by learners, including helping to fix cars while working under the guidance of a qualified technician, meeting the trade’s merSETA requirements, passing level exams, and qualifying in no more than three years.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen
Grade 10 with Pure Mathematics/ Technical Maths and Physical Science
Completed N2 qualification or higher (including Motor Theory)
NCV 4 (must have passed Pure Maths)
For Diesel apprenticeships, candidates must have an N2 with Diesel Theory as a subject
Valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one)
